Our historical Town Clock. Some also call it the Citadel Clock as it stands high on the Citadel Hill National Historic Site.
It is said that Prince Edward, Duke Of Kent, arranged for a turret clock to be manufactured before his return to England in 1800 and that he wished to resolve the tardiness of the local garrison.
